The State of Comoros enters in the active phase of its “Core Program”, priority action plan 2017-2022, aiming to structure the country, to prepare accession to WTO, and lead it to emergence. The core program of Union of Comoros Within this framework, public-private associations and partnerships are concluded with the economic actors and international organizations for the funding and the deployment of economic development projects. This program is expected to allow the modernization of the State’s structures, the dynamization of the private sector, the reinforcement of the territory attractivity, and its international opening.
